Care work, managed well.
A two-year OTHM Level 5 route for people working in elderly, family and hospital care.
The Health and Social Care pathway equips learners with the knowledge, understanding and skills required for a career in the health and social care sector, and to advance at a managerial level afterwards.
Learners demonstrate their skills by producing evidence from their work or training activities, acquiring care management skills by working and studying throughout the course.
