Overview
Develops strategic management and leadership skills for managers who have the authority and personal attributes to translate organisational strategy into effective operational performance.
It suits mature learners with a background in academic study or industry, with a clear work-related emphasis on practical skills alongside theory — and lets learners progress into employment or continue toward an MBA with advanced standing.

Entry requirements
- An honours degree in a related subject, a UK Level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification, OR mature learners with management experience
- Aged 21 or over at the start of the course
- Evidence of English language competency if not from a majority English-speaking country
Structure & assessment
4 mandatory and 2 optional units, 120 credits, 1,200 hours Total Qualification Time and 600 Guided Learning Hours.
All units are internally assessed by the centre and externally verified by OTHM. To pass a unit you provide evidence that you have met every learning outcome and assessment criterion.
Progression
Level 7 diplomas sit at the same level as master's degrees but are shorter (120 credits). Learners can progress to an MBA top-up with advanced standing — the dissertation stage — at many universities in the UK and overseas.

OTHM qualifications are regulated in the UK by Ofqual. They are listed and delivered through eie European Business School but are not eie homegrown MFHEA degrees and not Aspire degrees.
Equivalence
RQF Level 7 · 120 UK credits. Level 7 diplomas are at the same level as master’s degrees but shorter.
